Heat and serve. For a declicious main course, drain Vegetable Skallops and dip in your favorite breading or in beaten egg and roll in cracker, bread, or cereal crumbs. Fry in vegetable oil or pan fry until golden brown. Another tasty suggestion: cut into bite-size pieces and pan fry in margarine or vegetable oil. Blend with any sauce commonly used with seafood such as cheese, Creole, lemon-butter, hollandaise, or newburg. Serve over toast or in patty shells.
