Bill's Best, Chiknish Seasoning
Vegan -- Ingredients: Soy Flour, Salt, Food Yeast, Onion, Garlic, Parsley, Celery, plus a unique blend of organic vegetables and herbs. No GMO, MSG, or artificial fillers.
1 Block Tofu firm- 5 oz., 1/2 cup water, 1 Tablespoon BILL'S BEST CHIK'NISH, 1 teaspoon BILL's BEST BEAF (Optional but better).
Over medium heat crumble tofu into fry pan. Add water, bring to boil and stir in seasoning. The turmeric in the seasoning will turn the tofu yellow.
Use as scrambled eggs or in sandwiches
Optional: Instead of water, use 1 Tablespoon olive oil in fry pan. And 2 to 3 squirts of Bragg Liquid Aminos. Toss on chopped parsley for color.
