Vegan -- Ingredients: Soy Flour, Food Yeast, Soy Sauce, Onion, Kelp, Celery, Garlic, plus a unique blend of organic vegetables and herbs. No GMO, MSG, or artificial fillers
1 medium onion chopped fine, 1 Tablespoon olive oil, Saute until browned
In blender add 1 quart water (potato water tastes best), 4 Tablespoons unbleached or whole wheat pastry flour, 2 Tablespoons BILL'S BEST BEAF, 2 Tablespoons BILL'S BEST CURRY, 1/4 cup Bragg Liquid Aminos.
Blend until smooth. Pour into skillet with onions. Cook to thicken. Salt to taste.
If a thicker sauce is desired, whiz additional 2 Tablespoons flour in a small amount of water in the blender, to avoid lumping-- Add to skillet and cook to desired thickness.
1 Block Tofu firm- 5 oz., 1/2 cup water, 1 Tablespoon BILL'S BEST CHIK'NISH, 1 teaspoon BILL's BEST BEAF (Optional but better).
Over medium heat crumble tofu into fry pan. Add water, bring to boil and stir in seasoning. The turmeric in the seasoning will turn the tofu yellow.
Use as scrambled eggs or in sandwiches
Optional: Instead of water, use 1 Tablespoon olive oil in fry pan. And 2 to 3 squirts of Bragg Liquid Aminos. Toss on chopped parsley for color.
